Blended modelling for cross-disciplinary software and systems engineering.

BUMBLE developed blended modelling techniques so that graphical and textual representations of the same system model can be used interchangeably. The work is directly relevant to engineering organisations where architecture, safety and software teams need to read and change the same design artefacts without losing consistency.

Health5G

5G-enabled healthcare use cases across hospital, home and emergency environments.

Health5G explored how 5G connectivity supports clinical and remote care scenarios, from hospital environments to home monitoring and emergency response. The programme addressed availability, latency and reliability requirements in systems where degraded operation has real consequences.

SafeCOP

Safe and secure cooperation of cyber-physical systems.

SafeCOP addressed cooperating cyber-physical systems where safety depends on wireless communication between independent systems. The work covered runtime safety assurance, security and the evidence needed to argue that cooperative behaviour remains safe.

AMASS

An assurance and certification platform for cyber-physical systems.

AMASS built an open platform for architecture-driven assurance, multi-concern assurance and reuse of assurance artefacts across cyber-physical systems. It is the closest research analogue to the traceable evidence chain Pictor builds in industrial programmes.
